CNTR AISLE
The CNTR AISLE Framework helps the public, journalists, researchers, and policymakers identify policy trends and assess the maturity of emerging proposals.
What is CNTR AISLE?
Over 1,000 AI-related bills have been introduced in the US since January 2023. With a lack of efforts to identify key policy elements that assess the maturity and robustness of AI legislation, a comprehensive assessment framework is urgently needed for policymakers, media, and the public.
We've created the CNTR AISLE Framework, to help the public, journalists, researchers, and policymakers identify key policy trends and assess the maturity of these proposals.

How It Works
From raw bill text to structured analysis, CNTR AISLE evaluates AI legislation across governance dimensions and creates profiles for policy interpretation.
01
Legislation is Parsed and Structured
We collect AI-related bills across federal and state governments and extract key provisions, requirements, and enforcement mechanisms into a structured policy framework.
02
Bills Are Evaluated Across Governance Dimensions
Each bill is evaluated across seven governance dimensions including accountability, data protection, bias, labor, institutions, education, and synthetic content.
03
Profiles and Visual Governance Maps Are Generated
Bill profiles highlight concrete requirements, rights, and obligations, while spider graphs visualize regulatory coverage and policy maturity across dimensions.
